Stoneham Estate Cottages Nos. 39-44 was a terrace of six cottages at Spring Lane, Middle Stoneham on the Stoneham Estate. They were built of brick and tile. Five of the cottages were later numbered 9, 11, 13, 15 and 17 Magpie Lane.
Five of the cottages were sold at auction in 1953 as Lot 1, with Swaythling Farm[1].
